Going Squirrely

Being locked up in the house is anything but fun for me.  It got so bad today I started to envy the squirrels…

Great head-on view of this cute furry creature. Nicely off-center and good clean background.

Great squirrel image. Love the blur around him.

Julie, is this your 100mm lens?
    Great depth & focus!!!

Bonnie, I had both the 100mm and the 70-200mm oout for a test drive that day so I’m not positive…I’d say if I had to guess it was the telephoto at or near the 100mm mark.

I added a selective focus action at the post processing to help separate him from the ugly deck background he was standing on. I was just thrilled I got such a clear shot of his facial features as I’m really having a time adjusting to the dof with these new lenses!
